Acknowledgement of and Agreement to Follow Safe Sport Principles

            If you are a volunteer recreational program coach, please complete this Acknowledgement of SafeSport Principles Form and upload it when prompted for your SafeSport Certificate during the registration process.

            If you are an Academy coach, Academy Team Manager, or other Macon Soccer Club personnel, you will need to complete the 90 minute SafeSport Training course per Georgia Soccer’s rules, which is available at https://uscenterforsafesport.org/.
